The person behind the name
Wyman is presented as a collector and local fixer whose special commission involves finding abandoned classics and unfinished project cars, then restoring them. The commission appears among the official Ultimate Edition benefits.
That edition context matters when reading a guide. A named vehicle-related activity should not silently become a universal base-game requirement. Use the editions article to compare access conditions and the vehicles collection to keep individual model identifications separate.
