The briefing
Avery Carrington wants a competing development removed, so Tommy operates a miniature helicopter from a Top Fun van. The challenge comes from unfamiliar aircraft controls and an unfinished building with several levels. Before carrying a bomb, identify the controls for altitude, rotation and forward movement on your platform. Smooth corrections are more useful than repeatedly pushing the aircraft to maximum speed.
Walkthrough: collect a charge with the RC Goblin and carry it to a marked placement point inside the building. Repeat until all four charges are placed. Plan the route between floors, keeping the helicopter centered in openings instead of clipping pillars and stair edges. Workers and guards can damage the aircraft; stay mobile when they approach and avoid hovering at head height while deciding where to go next. If one floor repeatedly causes trouble, practice its approach so the next attempt has a deliberate route.
Story spoilers — reveal narrative details
the charges destroy the structure and leave Avery’s rival development in ruins. This is an early example of Vice City using a specialized vehicle to change the rhythm of its missions. Finishing it does not complete Avery’s entire strand: subsequent availability also depends on progress elsewhere. Follow newly available markers and keep the construction task separate from Tommy’s later business empire objectives.
